I had my 8-year-old daughter and 6 year old son attend a class in hopes of helping them broaden their very small food world. Before the kids attended the class I was able to speak to Allison directly about

my struggles with their lack of interest in trying new foods. She was incredibly understanding and optimistic and gave me several tips on what I can do at home. The biggest help was the “don’t yuk someone’s yum”. That is something we use on the daily now and my kids have been much more open and accepting of other food options and food from different cultures. Not only are they more open to trying food these days, they’re much more respectful of the food I make. They will always try it since I went through the trouble of making it!

We’re also venturing out to new restaurants and trying food from different cultures! Our most recent venture was Indian and they loved it! I will be forever grateful for the help and support from Allison and her LikPinkiesUp program.
