My approach is all about making food FUN for the whole family and making individual connections to the foods that nourish our bodies. By focusing on making mealtime a stress-free explorative adventure, and fostering an inclusive process that validates the opinions of your little ones, a foundation of mutual respect is formed where kids can naturally expand their palates without pressure.

My specialty is creating a fun and positive environment for kids to explore new foods. Magic can happen in my kitchen, and kids who have been “picky” for convenience reasons or a lack of motivation is my specialty.

Initial intake & Bootcamp

Let’s chat to determine your family’s individual needs by identifying opportunities to foster fun and adventurous food exposures, and offer practical tips and healthy habits to counteract the common pitfalls that may be feeding into the main challenges your family is experiencing.

Mealtime Etiquette Coaching❯
Would you like to banish, “EEEeewww” “Yuck!” “This looks DISGUSTING!” at mealtime? Does your child know how to properly set the table, hold a polite conversation, identify their water glass, or how to politely decline food that isn’t their favorite? By using the basic principles of my Politeness Policy, your child will learn the principles of mealtime etiquette and how to be a polite dinner guest at anyone’s table, but in a fun child-centric approach.
Private, In-Home Cooking Lessons❯
In each two-hour class, your child will learn the fundamentals of cooking and mealtime etiquette while preparing and eating their creations made from wholesome, sustainably sourced ingredients.
Pantry and Refrigerator Makeovers❯
If you don’t want your Small Fry begging for a sleeve of six Oreos as their snack, remove them as an option, and offer a better choice. Out of sight, out of mind is a real thing with kids, and by swapping “this for that” you can set your family up for successful snacking, and mealtime preparation.
Week-Night Meal Planning Ideas❯
